At JoWiStore, we work hard to process and ship all orders accurately and on time. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Processing Times

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, limited drops), processing may extend to 3–7 business days.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows do not include processing time.

Delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or customs inspections are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.


3. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address.

JoWiStore is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered at checkout.

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect information.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks an order as Delivered, JoWiStore is no longer responsible for the package.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Packages marked Delivered but reported as missing.

  • Packages stolen after delivery.

Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).


5. Tracking Information

A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier — delays in tracking activity do not indicate a problem with your order.


6. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs delays

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees (paid by the customer)

JoWiStore cannot modify customs values or mark items as gifts.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an error caused by JoWiStore.


8. Items Returned to Sender (RTS)

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Carrier inability to deliver

  • Customer refusal

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to pick up the package

→ The customer must pay for reshipment.
Refunds for RTS packages will be issued minus original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.


9. Pre-Order and Custom Items

  • Pre-order items ship according to the estimated date stated on the product page.

  • Custom products require additional production time and cannot be canceled once submitted.


10. Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of the packaging

Without this documentation, we cannot file a claim or offer support.
