Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • Free of odors, stains, marks, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited editions or special drops

  • Undergarments or items worn for hygiene purposes

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items


Return Process

You must request authorization before sending any item back.

  1. Email us at support@jowistore.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will be rejected.


Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is approved, the item must be shipped back using a trackable service.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.


Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If the item shows signs of wear, misuse, or modification, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to you at your expense.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.


Exchanges

Exchanges depend on inventory availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases.
